To comply with the law you must have a Domestic Energy Performance Certificate when you rent or sell a house and you must have a Commercial Energy Performance Certificate when you rent or sell  business premises.

If you are renting a domestic or comercial property, then you must have an "E" rating or above. We can both advise and help you to achieve this.

Displaying Energy Certificates

All public buildings need by law, to show the public their energy efficiency by displaying an Energy Certificate.  Majestic Energy Certificates is now able to offer Display Energy Certificates as another of its services.

Partners Yvonne Forbes and Randolph Bishop are both City and Guilds Qualified and fully Accredited Energy Assessors.

DOMESTIC PROPERTIES: Our services cover our immediate area – Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs and the surrounding areas of East Kent.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES:  We mainly cover Kent, Surrey and Sussex for Commercial work as well as London and Essex.
We have extensive experience providing certificates for Retail Units, Hotels, Care Homes and Public Houses.  However, we have also assessed industrial units, night clubs and even a disused flour mill.
If there is a domestic property adjacent to Commercial Premises we will of course be willing to carry out the Energy Certificate on both properties.
